Made with Love Gives Back
Becoming a mother has been an incredible, amazing, and overwhelming journey, to say the least. I could not have ever imagined the pure love and joy our heart fills up with just a simple smile from your child. Though it is the toughest job in the world, it is the absolute best job in the world.
The second I knew I was going to be a mother, I prayed everyday for my child’s safety, happiness, and health. I thanked God for allowing me to experience this thing called “Motherhood”. I knew it was a privilege, a gift, and was so grateful to be fortunate enough to become a Mommy. God has and continues to be incredibly good to us. We have such beautiful and healthy children and we are always counting our blessings.
Along this journey of creating memories for other families, we have met other families that have not always been so fortunate. Though it is our belief that God has His own plan – a plan that is greater than anything – it doesn’t change the fact that we hurt and feel such sadness, even helpless, every time we meet or hear about a child with an illness or terminal disease. We can only imagine what the parents, siblings and families are going through – and the thought of it is heartbreaking.
We have been so blessed, so fortunate to be given this opportunity of capturing these memories. God has been so good to us, personally, and with our business, so we knew we had to put it to use and pay it forward. We are honored to announce that Made with Love Ceramic Imprints has partnered with and Children’s Hospital of Oakland/Palliative Care and Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC)/Child Life Program to do handprints for children in their last stage of their life. This is a true honor for Made With Love and we will continue to strive so that we can make a little bit of a difference in this lifetime.
